The plaintiff in this action, Mill-Run Tours, Inc. (“Mill-Run”) is a travel agency based in New York City. The defendants are Adnan Khashoggi (“Khashoggi”), reputed to have been the wealthiest man in the world (Complaint at para. 34); his children Mohamad, Omar, Hussein, Nabila, and Khalid; his brother-in-law Nael El-Assad (referred to, along with the children, as the “Khashoggi Relatives”); and Mary Hart and Melissa Prophet, acquaintances of the Khashoggis.
