On September 14, 1978 the County of Montgomery filed a declaration of taking pursuant to the Eminent Domain Code of June 22, 1964, P.L. (Sp. Sess.) 84, art. I, sec. 101 et seq., 26 P.S. §1-101 et seq., condemning 41.196 acres of land situate in Plymouth Township, Montgomery County, Pa.
