Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Frederic Berman, J., at plea and sentence), rendered June 1, 1987, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of five years’ to life imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.
