MEMORANDUM ON OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN

This contested matter is before the court on the Objection to Confirmation filed by EMC Mortgage Corporation (EMC Mortgage) on July 25, 2006, objecting to confirmation of the Debtor’s proposed Chapter 13 plan filed on June 20, 2006. A preliminary hearing was held on August 30, 2006, and a trial was set for October 11, 2006.
