State v. Edmunds

The defendant was prosecuted for and convicted of the crime of grand larceny, and, upon being sentenced to undergo imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of four years, he appealed to this court.. The appellant, among other things, insists that the court erred in overruling his motion for a new trial, which motion was based upon the ground of newly discovered, evidence, and was supported by affidavits.
