CRANDALL, Presiding Judge.

Movant, Daniel Lee Vance, appeals from the denial of his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. Movant had previously pleaded guilty to failure to return to confinement and was sentenced to imprisonment for two years. This sentence was to be served consecutively with mov-ant’s prior sentences for two counts of burglary in the second degree and one count of stealing. The plea court granted movant jail time credit for the period of time from August 25, 1985, the date when movant returned to confinement, to June 11, 1986, the date of movant’s guilty plea. We…
