OPINION AND ORDER

I. Introduction

The Inquiry Commission of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) requests that Respondent, Gregory Curtis Menefee, KBA Member No. 83568, be temporarily suspended from the practice of law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky pursuant to Supreme Court Rule (SCR) 3.165(1). Me-nefee’s Bar Roster address is 4610 Vinita Way, Louisville, KY 40272. The Inquiry Commission, in its petition to this Court, states that it has probable cause to believe that Menefee has been misappropriating or otherwise improperly dealing with funds that he holds for others.
