MATHEWS, Justice.

This is an appeal from what is termed a final decree in a suit by the appellant for an accounting.

In an amended answer and counterclaim the appellees admitted that they were due the appellant certain sums .of money which he claimed to be due in his bill of complaint, but in their counterclaim, appellees asserted that they had been compelled to pay out large sums of money in excess of the amount due by them to the appellant because he had furnished to them a financial statement of the affairs of the corporation and they had entered into a contract to purchase stock in the…
