In April, 1899, Mollie Carrier and tlie heirs of her body, being several children, became the owners of a tract of farming land in Garrard county, containing 119 acres, she taking a life estate and the children a fee in remainder. W. S. Carrier is the husband of Mollie Carrier and the father of her children. In November, 1917, Mollie Carrier and her husband, W. S.
