The John B. Oolegrove- & Co. State Bank of Taylor-ville, Illinois, became insolvent in November, 1929, and Robert G. Earley was appointed receiver thereof. On February 13, 1931, leave was granted to F. A. Barry, acting regional attorney of the United States Veterans ’ Bureau, and duly authorized attorney of George E.
