Plaintiff U.S. Magnesium LLC (“USM”) moves for judgment on the agency record challenging the determination by the Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration (“Commerce”) in Pure Magnesium, From the People’s Republic of China: Final Results of the 2009-2010 Antidumping Duty Administrative Review of the Antidumping Duty Order, 76 Fed.
