OPINION

ONION, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction of capital murder, V.T.C.A., Penal Code, § 19.03(a)(2), in which the death penalty was assessed by the court following affirmative answers by the jury to the two special issues submitted pursuant to Article 37.-071(b)(1) and (2), V.A.C.C.P.

Appellant raises eight points of error, two of which challenge the sufficiency of the evidence in some respect. One contends that the evidence fails to show that the murder was committed during the course of a robbery, and another contends the evidence is insufficient to support the jury’s…
