BUSSEY, Judge.

Petitioner, Robert Farmer is currently imprisoned in the State Penitentiary at McAlester by virtue of a judgment and sentence rendered in the District Court of Grady County on December 5, I960, wherein he was charged by information with the crime of forgery in the second' degree, and upon his plea of guilty to said charge petitioner received a sentence of four years in the State Penitentiary.

Petitioner contends that by reason of the failure of the court appointed counsel to appeal from said judgment of conviction to the Court of Criminal Appeals that his' Constitutional rights…
