Which of McIntyre Chevrolet, Inc. (Dealer) or The Second National Bank of Cumberland (Bank) was the owner of a 1957 Buick automobile on April 21, 1961, at the time that it was in the possession of Donald Welker, a prospective purchaser of the vehicle, and involved in a head-on collision on Route 28 about two miles south of Ridgely, West Virginia, is the principal question to be decided.
