In this automobile collision case plaintiff appellee recovered $9,000 for personal injuries and property damage. Defendant ap*628pellant contends he was entitled to a directed verdict.

The accident took place in the morning of a clear day on a straight stretch of state highway No. 249 near Glasgow. Plaintiff was proceeding north in a jeep and defendant was proceeding south in a new Chevrolet.
