A decree in equity was entered in the circuit court of Macon county, wherein it was found that a certain real estate mortgage executed by the appellees Earl Grabe and Helen E. Grabe to one Laurence O’Mara and by him assigned in blank to the defendant appellee O. G. Collins, constituted a first or prior mortgage lien on the premises therein described, and that there was also due from said mortgagors to the plaintiff appellant, Corn Belt Building* and Loan Association, an unpaid balance of $993.23 on a certain subsequent mortgage lien on said premises in the sum of $4,144.47, after allowing a…
