*991. *98This is an appeal from a judgment for $5,000 damages recovered by appellee against appellant on account of personal injuries alleged to have been sustained from *99appellant’s negligence. The errors assigned and relied on for reversal are: (1) error in overruling the demurrer of the appellant to the last amended complaint; (2) error in overruling the motion of appellant for judgment in its favor on the answers to interrogatories notwithstanding the general verdict; (3) error in overruling the motion of the appellant for a new trial.
