STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Mikel A. Schilling appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment to the Huntington County Community School Corporation (“Huntington”), the Huntington County Community School Corporation Employee Benefit Trust, and American Health Care Partnership, Inc. (“AHCP”) (collectively, “the School”).
