BEAUCHAMP, Judge.

Appellant was assessed a fine of one thousand dollars on a plea of guilty to the sale of whisky on the 30th day of January, 1943, in Lubbock County.

Complaint was filed on the first day of February and information signed on the same date by Syrian E. Marbut, County Attorney. On the same day appellant appeared before the County Judge and proposed to plead guilty in each of three cases if the County Judge would fine him only one hundred dollars in each case.
