Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 23, 1994, which ruled that the City of Albany was entitled to reimbursement for all wages paid to claimant during his period of disability.

Claimant was employed as a police officer by the City of Albany Police Department (hereinafter the employer) when he injured his left shoulder in the course of his employment. He was on disability leave from his employment from December 20, 1990 through January 18, 1992, receiving his full salary from the employer, totaling $37,642.26 (see, General Municipal Law § 207-c).…
