MEMORANDUM
KATZ, District Judge.
Plaintiff brought action under Section 5 of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act ("Act"), 43 P.S. § 955(a). Plaintiff alleged that she was discriminated against because of her disability. Defendant removed action to this court's jurisdiction under Section 25(b) of the Federal Reserve Act, 12 U.S.C. § 632. Under 12 U.S.C. § 632, "any Federal Reserve bank which is a defendant in [suits of a civil nature] may, at any time before the trial thereof, remove such suit from a State court into the district court of the United States."
