I have before me yet another instance of what legal chroniclers of the future will no doubt refer to in their footnotes as the "pica polemic.” In proceedings too numerous to set forth, Judges, lawyers and a battery of printing experts have spent untold hours discussing, debating and arguing, not as one might expect about the meaning of words, but rather their height.
