In this Bill in Equity, the complainants, as trustees under the will of Fred N. Dow, late of Portland, referred to hereafter as the “Trustees” and the “Testator,” respectively, seek to have said will, referred to hereafter as the “Will,” construed. Their process names all the living descendants of the testator, the executor of the estate of his only deceased descendant, and the widow of that descendant, as parties defendant.
