Public Employees’ Retirement Association (PERA) and the Board of Trustees of PERA (Board) appeal from the judgment entered by the trial court in favor of plaintiffs, who are representatives of a class of individuals that retired under the Colorado State University (CSU) Accelerated Retirement Plan (Plan). The judgment reversed the Board’s determination that, for purposes of calculating retirement benefits, plaintiffs’ salaries did not include certain increases they received in the last two years of their employment pursuant to the Plan.
