MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KANE, District Judge.

If I were capable of complete judicial restraint, I would begin this opinion by stating that this is an action for damages based upon allegations of intentional infliction of severe emotional distress and defamation. Then I would say that the matter is before me on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
