LATTIMORE, Judge.

—Appellant seeks to secure the reversal of a conviction in the District Court of Potter County, Texas, for the offense of burglary, her punishment being fixed at two years confinement in the penitentiary.

It appears from the record, that one J. W. Cantrell, was superinintendent of the county poor farm of Potter County, in 1918 and 1919, and as such had the care, control, and management of the buildings and property there located.
