Gordon Mork appeals the decision of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to amend or file a supplemental complaint, granting a motion to dismiss Ray Fogg Building Methods, Inc. (“Fogg”), and granting motions for judgment on the pleadings in favor of the city of Tallmadge, James Capriola and Waltco Truck Equipment Company (“Waltco”).
