Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Lawrence Bernstein, J.), rendered June 11, 1993, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to a term of 6 to 12 years, unanimously affirmed.

In this "observation sale” case in which the defendant sold a glassine of narcotics to an apprehended buyer, the prosecutor also elicited direct testimony from the observing officer that after the above sale, she observed the defendant sell a *329glassine on two other occasions to unapprehended…
