This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Franklin county, setting aside a tax deed executed under the provisions of section 666 of the Code as to a two-thirds undivided interest therein, upon the ground that the deed as to that interest was void upon its face.
It appears upon the face of the deed that it was executed by the clerk within less than four months after the completion of the order of publication giving notice to the delinquent land owner, who was a non-resident of the State, of the application to purchase filed by the grantee in the deed.
