Appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court (Sise, J.), entered May 4, 2000 in Montgomery County, which granted defendant’s motion to dismiss the action based upon plaintiffs failure to timely serve a complaint, and (2) from an order of said court, entered August 24, 2000 in Montgomery County, which denied plaintiffs motion for reconsideration.
