Appellees (hereafter designated complainants) filed their bill in the circuit court of Cook county praying the specific performance of an alleged written contract made between them and defendant, Elizabeth A. Connor, for the purchase of a certain lot described, in the city of Chicago. The bill alleges the contract was signed May 7, 1925, and was for the sale and purchase of lot 2 in a subdivision in Kinzie’s addition to the city of Chicago, known as 207 East Ontario street.
