Sutton v. Safe Deposit & Trust Co.

This is an appeal of Anna B. Sutton from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City construing so much of the will of Walter B. McAtee, deceased, as concerns that portion of the decedent’s estate as had been held in trust for Walter B. McAtee, Jr., by the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore. The single question submitted is on a special case stated for the determination of the court under Code, article 16, section 221. (General Equity Rule Mo. 45.)
