—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendants Iona Grammar School and John D. Dugan, C.B.C., appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme *358Court, Westchester County (Cowhey, J.), entered July 5, 2000, as granted the plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction, and denied those branches of their cross motion which were to dismiss the first, second, third, seventh, and eighth causes of action in the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
