Plaintiffs, Rockford Redi-Mix, Inc., and Curt and Duane Countryman, filed a lawsuit against Teamsters Local 325, General Chauffeurs, Helpers and Sales Drivers of Rockford, Illinois, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen and Helpers of America, their agents and members, named and unnamed, individually, seeking injunctive relief and damages for destruction of plaintiffs’ trucks during a strike by the union.
