Affirming.

In this action filed by tbe appellant, C. F. Martin, against tbe Board of Education of Batb County and Lyman V. Ginger, then employed by tbe Board as principal of tbe Owingsville Consolidated and High School, tbe appellant sought to compel tbe Board to employ him as principal or superintendent of tbe named school for a period of two years, tbe school years 1940-1941 and 1941-1942, at a salary of $2,115 per year and to enjoin tbe appellee, Ginger, from performing tbe duties of such principal.
