ARCHER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered on the 14th day of September, 1959,. by the 98th Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas, in which appellants St. Louis Fire and Marine Insurance Company, Washington Fire and Marine Insurance Company and Midwestern Fire and Marine Insurance Company, were plaintiffs, and1 the State Board of Insurance 1 was defendant, denying to appellants all relief sought in the Trial Court and finding that the-order of the Board dated November 26,. 1958 was valid and was affirmed.
