GLENN A. NORTON, Presiding Judge.

General Motors Corporation appeals the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s finding of liability for Gail Ming’s work injury. We reverse.

I. BACKGROUND

Ming-was injured on January 29, 1993 when a filing cabinet at the GM plant fell over onto her. At the time, Ming was employed by Norfolk and Western Railway Company and worked at the GM plant. On the date of the injury, Ming reported the incident to the railroad and to GM.
