This appeal stems from a labor arbitration between Appellant Brockway Mould, Inc. (“Brockway”) and Appellee United Steel, Paper and Forestry, Rubber, Manu- factoring, Energy, Allied Industrial and Service Workers International Union on behalf of its Local 71 (“Union”). The Union filed grievances against Brockway on behalf of fourteen of its members who were former employees of Brockway.
