The Respondent in this cause, Michael J. Alexander, and the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission have entered into and tender for this Court’s approval a *585Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline. The agreement emanates from a Verified Complaint for Disciplinary Action in which the Respondent was charged with violating Disciplinary Rules 1-102(A)(5) and (6), 5-101(A) and (B), 8-101(A) and 9-101(B) of the Code of Professional Responsibility for Attorneys at Law.
