This was an action instituted by the appellees against the appellants for an injunction and to quiet title in the appellees to certain real estate.
The complaint was in one paragraph. The appellants filed an answer in but one paragraph, to which the appellees filed a demurrer, alleging that the answer did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of defense to the action set up in the complaint.
