I respectfully dissent from the majority opinion in this case. In the first place, I think the decision of the Board of Review was reached under circumstances that were fundamentally unfair. And in the second place, I think that in pro se appeals to this court from the Board of Review it is our duty to see that the Board complies with the rules of procedure and decides the cases in keeping with the law and the evidence.
