These consolidated appeals arise from the district court’s final judgment resolving a series of cases that were filed after a passenger train of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (“Amtrak”), as it moved on the railroad track of CSX Transportation, Inc. (“CSX”), collided with a hauler rig owned by Rountree Transport and Rigging, Inc. (“Rountree”).
