Plaintiff appeals from an order granting a new trial. The defendant operated a taxicab company for the purpose of carrying passengers, and while transporting the plaintiff to the latter’s place of work, there was a collision in the city of Grand Forks between the taxicab and an automobile driven by the codefendant, George Richards.
