RULING ON MOTION FOR A NEW TRIAL In this negligence case arising out of a bicycle accident, the jury returned a verdict for the defendant, Kent School, after eight days of evidence. The plaintiff, Danilo Bracho, has filed a motion for a new trial (ECF No. 310), arguing that I erred in my instructions to the jury and that the verdict was against the weight of the evidence.
