On May 26th, 1914, William B. Mellor, of Camden county,- executed a paper purporting to be his last will and testament. On October 24th, 1914, he died, and on November 6th, 1914, the paper was duly admitted to probate as his last will, and letters testamentary were issued thereon to Edgar Mellor and Arthur B. Mellor, the executors named in it. After the time limited for an appeal, and on December 9th, 1915,- a petition was filed with the surrogate of Camden county by Joseph Kaighn, who alleged that at the time of the making of the…
