This is an appeal from the denial of habeas corpus relief to William H. James, a prisoner of the State of Georgia. We affirm the ruling below.
On a previous appeal, we vacated the order denying relief to James, and remanded the case for reconsideration in light of Santobello v. New York, 1971, 404 U.S. 257, 92 S.Ct. 495, 30 L.Ed.2d 427, and “for whatever further evi-dentiary proceedings may be deemed warranted.” James v. Smith, 5th Cir. 1972, 455 F.2d 502.
