EUBANKS, District Judge.

The complaint in this ease alleges that plaintiff is a Trustee in Bankruptcy of Trend House Furniture, Inc. It is further alleged that on or about the 5th day of December, 1966 the bankrupt transferred certain properties to the defendant in violation of the bulk transfer sections of the Oklahoma Statutes. It is specifically alleged that the transfer by the bankrupt to defendant was made without compliance with the “bulk transfer” provisions of the Oklahoma Statutes, specifically Title 12A Sections 6-104 to 6-107 of the Oklahoma Statutes, in that transferee defendant…
