This is an appeal from an interlocutory order of the 53rd District Court of Travis County, Texas, overruling appellant’s plea of privilege. The appellee filed suit in the 53rd District Court of Travis County, Texas, to set -aside a compromise settlement agreement entered into by and between the appellee, Nunzie Campion, and the appellant, Texas Employers Insurance Association.
