Appellees, E. H. Farrow and his wife, Ora Farrow, sued appellants to recover damages for the death of their minor son, alleging that in August, 1927, the appellants, operating under the firm or partnership name of Atex Construction Company, were engaged in constructing a gas line, which work required blasting with dynamite, and for which purposes the appellants kept on hand large quantities- of dynamite caps to be used in the charge and explosion of dynamite for blasting rock out of the ditch in which the gas pipe was placed; that in the course of such work the appellants…
