This interlocutory appeal follows the trial court’s refusal to dismiss LaToya Fos-sett’s health care liability claims against Roosevelt Taylor, Jr., M.D. Dr. Taylor contends the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss, which challenged the sufficiency of Fossett’s initial and supplemental expert reports, and by denying him attorney’s fees and costs. We reverse the trial court’s order and remand to the trial court for the limited purposes of determining Dr. Taylor’s reasonable attorney’s fees and costs and for entry of a final order dismissing…
